UPDATED BIOGRAPHY |
|
Inspired to volunteer from a young age by her parents and
grandparents—who were active in the VFW, political campaigns, and
community programs — Angela Harwell Davis has spent her life
dedicated to service. A native of Virginia, she has generously
given her time to organizations such as Camp Boggy Creek, Queen
for a Day, Shriners Hospital, and Ronald McDonald House, just to
name a few. |

Angela is known for her compassionate heart and unwavering
commitment to giving back, often exceeding 100% effort in
everything she does. She currently serves as the local
coordinator for the Marine Toys for Tots Foundation in Polk
County, Florida—an entirely volunteer-run role. Under her
leadership, the program serves more than 15,000 less fortunate
children each year through its Christmas campaign, as well as
year-round initiatives including foster care support, the Native
American program, and the national literacy initiative. |

She is no stranger to the world of pageantry, proudly holding
numerous state and national titles, in addition to her
international title as Ms. Classic World 2021–2022. |
|
This year (2025), Angela has the distinct honor of laying a
wreath at the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier in Washington, D.C.
This sacred moment in honor of those who served is in recognition
of the power of volunteerism and in loving memory of her father,
a proud Vietnam veteran who lost his life due to a service-
related illness. |

Angela’s first husband Bruce, a Miami native, brought her to
Florida. They were married for 18 years when he lost his battle
with cancer. She found love again and is happily married to her
husband, Rod Davis, a retired Lieutenant Commander of the U.S.
Coast Guard and airline captain with Southwest Airlines. They
reside in Lakeland, Florida, where they enjoy golfing, traveling,
volunteering and spending time with friends, their children,
grandchildren and fur babies—especially their beloved Great Dane,
Frank the Tank. |
